Dear Planners,

Is data date in P6 different from data date in P3?

I mean in P3, if the activity duration is 4 days and 75% completed after 2 days, the data date is the second day which will lead to one day remaining.

In P6, the data date should be the third day to lead to one day remaining.

    As of i knew there is no difference in data date in P3 & P6

    Please check the results once again, i mean your workouts

    It depends on how your activities are calculated. If resource loaded and cost loaded it’s calculated by resource cost weightings and if not then by duration as default. You can also set using resource curves instead of activity % complete. The response of P6 also varies on the duration type settings combined with Percent Complete type settings.
