My company testerday asked me to analysis on our subcontractor manhours peak and associated manpower curve..

Any information how I can do thjat using P6??

    Draw the Man-Hour S-curve ,

    Draw the Man-Hour S-curve , then compare with the provided man powewr schedule for each sub-contractor .
