Hello,
I want to see the SPI value in my activity but I have an issue which I dont get. If someone explains this, it will be really great for me.
In my activity, the earned value equals to planned value and the SPI is always 1. When I change the duration of the activity, the SPI is changing also. How can it be the same with "Planned value"? Am I assigning something wrong?
