Estimate to Complete Cost

Dear All,

I need some clarification regarding the calculation of 'Estimate to Complete' in Primavera P6 (ver 7 to be specific). In one of my updated baseline I noticed that for some of the completed activities the ETC is shown to be zero but at the same time for some other completed activities it is equal to the 'Budgeted Total Cost' for that activity. Please note that the cost for all the activities are assigned under expenses and the following settings for 'Earned Value' are used under 'Admin Preferences':

• ETC = Remaining Cost for Activity
• Earned Value Calculation is done using "Budgeted values with current dates"
