Default activity start date

I have create a new project on 18th Aug with start date as 01st Aug. But, while creating the activities the start date by default is getting picked as 18th aug which is the data date. I want project start date (01st Aug) as the default start date for all activities. Could anybody guide me on how to achieve it?.

    constraint/actual the date,

    constraint/actual the date, 01 Aug. alternatively, use as data date.

    Schedule the project and pick

    Schedule the project and pick a data date which is the default early start date

    go to PROJECTShighlight you

    go to PROJECTS

    highlight you project 

    in the dates tab

    set the start date and data date to august 1, 2016
