Hi, 

Performance percentage completion: On updating the P6 Program of works monthly (Jan 2017 to Feb 2017)overall percentage completion (Performance Pct Complete ) found to be decreased ,is there any reason behind it?

    Hi Mostafa,

    Make sure that your Total Budgeted Cost is not increased. Also check if the previous month progress for any of the activities is reduced, as a correction.
