How to convert MPP file to XER or MPX

hello house,

please does anyone know how to convert mpp to xer or mpp to mpx,

as whenever i import mpp to xer on primavera, i get error message as such he does not import.

 

am using P6,8.2

is there a software or any way around this

    option #1 

    Primaver has a mpp to mpx converter

    here is the link

     
    Option #2

    save the file as an MPX

    Option #3

    convert the file from an MPP to a PPR then from a PPR to and MPX
