Cannot import XER file, "contains resource data"

Hello Pplanners,

I recently tried to import a XER file into P6 15.2, and I received the following warning/error message "This file contains resource data, import canceled"

Does anybody know the reason of this message, that I saw for the first time?

    I should have tried a second time before posting my first message: I was trying to import a resource XER file as a project XER file

    I know of a bug using an xml

    I know of a bug using an xml import but not an xer 

    this has to do with the way that the fininacial periods are set up 

    This issue has been resolved and the fix has been included as part of the following patch sets:

    Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (P6 EPPM) Version 16.2 Patch Set 5 (Doc ID 2239328.1)
