Dear planner:
what is your view on the following statement:
collaboration in planning process.
some believed that the planner can do planning alone (i.e. a planner set in front of table, isolated themselves and concentrate to “make up” plans). Others believed planners should work as part of the project team, encouraging contribution and buy-in to the programme from the project delivery or implementation team as well as from users and sponsors. Those people who believe planning is a collaborative task give a examples of “the method statement” and stated that “the one who’s responsible for the method statement is the one who knows exactly what the job is! otherwise it can never be done”.
