FAST TRACKING AND HYPER TRACKING

Hi guys,

Does anybody know anything about hyper-tracking. Is it similar to fast-tracking or something else.

I need some more information to feed to management.

If anybody has any inofrmation / papers regarding above two, please share it.

Help please!!

    For my opiniionthere is no basic difference, just more activities in parallel, plan with overdue hours - just exaggerate fast tracking. Here I found an article:
