Assingning Weightage

In the Open Standard

Dear All..

Im new to planning and im using Primavera P6.I was given weightage from main contractor.(ex:bridge=4.010%,and be further breakdown,BR26=0.169&,BR27=0.169% and so on)
im having problem assingning this to P6.Appreciate if someone can help me with this.thanks in advance.

    work on your WBS first (top level weightage)

    I did assign it to top WBS.I appreciate if u can guide me step by step on this matter.

    one more problem, why the weightage didnt roll up?
