This feature is not supported in P5 & P6. However, you can use the % complete type, to do this try the following steps:
1. Highlight the activity you wanted to apply.
2. In Activity Details --> General Tab
3. In % Complete Type, select Physical
4. Go to Status in Activity Details, change the Physical % & Start/Finish Date
5. Hit F9 and that’s it.
