hi every body,
i wanted to ask about basic concepts which are taken into consideration when definig relationships between activiites.
for example Activity A and B. B starts after A and Finishes after A finish, so you make B successor to A with FF relationship, and if the duration of B is larger than A, make a proper lag, to ensure that B dosn’t finish before A and dosn’t start before it.
What other kind of rules or common practise? and is there preferable relatoins between some construction activities?
Any books or article we can learn from ?
Thanks
