I am trying to get my foot to rail signal planning and i need help. What is the starting pointttt

on p3e and p6.

    Thanks for your response Lawrence. I just don't know where the start point is with the WBS. I don't have a WBS sample on my p6 so i can't come up with a tender for the project and a plan.. I need help with the WBS............... and what signalling is about in particular. I know for a fact that signalling regards passing trains and stopping trains..... So if you could send me some stufff with reagards to planning on signalling that would be great......
