High Level Planning Assignments

I have a fully resourced schedule completed. I am looking to run a report on the WBS level that will include the WBS name, The Budget for the WBS element, and the planning resources for that WBS element. I can not figure out how you assign a high level planning resource to the actual wbs element so that I can print off a nice report that states who will be the responsible manager/planner and controller for each wbs element

Any Help would be great!!

    High Level resources just

    High Level resources just work in the Web version. You may achieve what you want by creating WBS type activities and assigne them the resources you want.
