Hi.

I just started here at Planning Planet and I need a big help. In my new job was asked me to develop a tasks for the co-workers at planning team. The planning work flow ideas for seniors and juniors planners. Ideas for report.

I am a planner for erection 2 new cement plants, in charge of the planning and control the planning of the subcontractors.

I never faced this type of task before. I always made time-schedule, WBS, etc. So, I need suggestions, ideas, books, articles or anything that can help me to do this task. Examples of reports of planning will help a lot also. If you need more information or details please let me know. Thank you all!

Ricardo, from Brazil.

P.S. Sorry the poor English.

    Hey, Ricardo.

I'm not sure what you're looking for, but the concept of critical path drag, per my article "The Drag Efficient" just published at Defense AT&L Magazine might convince your superiors that you're up to date on some of the latest theory.  The URL is:

If after you've read it, you have any questions, let me know.
