Price escalation claims, for example from starting NTP 6 months later... - what does the contractor have to provide?  Do they have to provide both subcontractor's original quotes and revised quotes - or do they have to provide just the current quote or sub-contract?

What should be given to an estimator for an Independent Cost Estimate to ensure the the claim is reasonable - the sub-invoices with quantities but with prices redacted?

    check the specifications

check the specifications sometimes bids are locked in for a specific period of time. But I have not seen at as long as  6 months.

Yes you, your subs and the 3rd tier subs would have to provide back up for escalation
