    IMHO For quick report:
    - tools, tabular reports, matrix, resource/cost
    or
    - tools, tabular reports, resource, tabular

    You may also want to use cost categories (e.g. L-Labor, M-Material, E-Equipment, etc.) If you do this, then you could simply organize by cost categories and summarize to get your totals.
