File menu, Preview picture function

Hello all,
I normally create my lay-out in pdf format to share with my colleagues for discussion, but due to error in my Acrobat pdf creator, i tried - "preview picture" under File menu, where i can save my layout in .WMF format then insert to other application and serve same purpose as pdf.
However, i cannot change the layout to the paper size i prefer. Can anyone advise in this, Print set-up doesnt seem to work with this function.

Oldest first- 0Nigel Winkley ·You can also try laying the picture out in Word and then resizing.
One other hiccup I have found is to go to the print preview screen set everything up and go back to the activities view then click on the print icon. This sometimes allows you to print where the print preview screen does not. Don’t know why other than it is a little "P3 thing". Worth a try as it has got me out of it before.
Cheers - 0Stuart Scott ·If you go into Print Preview, change the page size as if you were going to print the document, click OK then close the print preview window.
If you go into Preview Picture it should have changed to the size of the paper you selected in the Print Preview window.
