    Deb,

Apart from You, me and Ahamed hardly anybody is present to guide.

They are all having a nice week-end.

    Regards,

Now UAE, QATAR and Bahrain the weekend is changed to Friday Saturday. Kuwait will also catch-up.

    Hi Pranab Kumar
If you have structured your WBS effectively, you can ORGANISE the LAYOUT based on your WBS levels. What I suggest you is to hide all other levels except your intended WBS Level and run ORGANISE NOW.
    Hopefully, this will help you.
    Cheers

The ? can be used in filters as a wildcard ie. any value is selected, so ??.??.03.??.??.?? will pick up all activities with WBS level 3 value of 03.

    Hi Frank Borcherdt
What version of Primavera you are on? As I tried it on ver 3.0 and it did not produce anything?

P3 ver 3.1 and works fine for me. Could not survive without it.

Filter should read WBS EQ ??.??.03.??.??.?? note that you should put ? in all positions of WBS that you have defined and want to select all values. Works on any field including activity ID.
