Ask your client / consultant how often they wants Schedule
update.
in General SChedule update bi weekly. cut of date last working days...for example Mon to Sat...sunday is off
2nd update Monthly....cut off date depands upon your projects requirment....
in general 24th or 25th date ...cut off date...
