Dear Planners,

Recently i revised my schedule and in that revision i deleted some activities and added some activities,, Finally the Budgeted Quantity(Mhrs) exceeded to 53000 (the previous was 50000)

After running resource loading, i added up all the Budgeted quantity (mhrs)and it came around 52000.

The remaining 1000 are missing.

WHY ?????

    The schedule is dynamic, that’s why, whatever will come in, will consequently come out.

    Hi Mohammed,

    In TOOLS --> TABULAR REPORTS --> LOADING, under the Format Tab try to check your "Column Width" if it is 5 change it to the maximum of 15 & RUN.

    Try this.

    Yeah arnold,

    When i am running the program finally the error messeage i am getting as unexpected file format showing..?

    Plz do this solution.

    Hi Azeem,

    Did you install the P3 3.1 Service Pack "P331SrvPk3.exe"? Try to install this. or you can download here:

    http://www.projectstatus.com/pub/

    Yeah it is actaully installed by the company in the same format. But dont know Y this error message is displaying.
    Do U have any alternate solution for it...?
