Merging 3 schedules

hi planners

if you have three primavera p3.1 schedules
one for E&P other two for construction every one in seperate file how we can compile them in one schedule with all relations
is there any procedure rather than prepare anew overall schedule

    el hadj,
    the simplest way is to create a new group file and then insert your 3 individual projects in it
    you will then have to make the 3 data dictionnaries coherent.
    1. Click File, New; then fill in all the fieds just the same as to create a single project; give this new "project" a start date that is good for the 3 individual projects.
    2. Then, create a copy of each individual file by clicking Tools, Project Utilities, Copy: in the Project Group, enter the name of the project you have just created in step 1 above
    All the individual projects being part of a group share the same data dictionnary.

    i used the the procedure and it is working , still i have to arrange activities and add the corerct relations
