Please help me to change the following Activity Description:

From
G04/FB1 - Truss Assembly 8m In-Situ Stn-B2
G04/FB1 - Temporary Support 8m In-Situ Stn-B2
G04/FB1 - Steel Erection 8m In-Situ Stn-B2
G04/FB1 - Temporary Support Removal

To
G04/FB3 - Truss Assembly 8m In-Situ Stn-B2
G04/FB3 - Temporary Support 8m In-Situ Stn-B2
G04/FB3 - Steel Erection 8m In-Situ Stn-B2
G04/FB3 - Temporary Support Removal

    to change activity description,

    export the TITLE in excel(dbf/wks format)

    then find & replace it from there

    Use Global Change :
    If DES Contains G04/FB1 - Truss Assembly 8m In-Situ Stn-B2
    Then DES equals G04/FB3 - Truss Assembly 8m In-Situ Stn-B2
    etc...
    You will have to shorten the activity description text to make it ft inthe global change Value field
    Alternatively, use MS Excel as Ferdinand says
