hello,
i have downloaded a p3 demo and a guide where it practically tells how to etnter the things , but fails to teach the logic , first the activities a re enterd then relationship then wbs then activity bs , can one explain why these things are being done , what is purpose of each wbs abs and . can any one say how to apply wbs to a simple villa construction.
