Two blank positions in front of activity ID

Hi,

Since I did some experiments with subprojects I have two blank positions in front of my Activity ID.
I deleted all subprojects but even if I manually delete the empty spaces in the "exclusive mode" they won’t disappear.

This is what I tried already:
1)
-> Data -> Activity Codes -> Activity ID:
Here a Code with exactly the length of 2 was defined. After deleting this nothing happened.
2)
I exported all ID’s into Excel then imported them into a custom data item and used the global change to change the activity id...

The two blank spaces do not disappear......

Does someone have a solution for my problem?

    The first two characters of activity-id’s of a subproject is the Project-Id. This is by design of P3.

    When you create a project one field is the id, which is automatically set to A0 (then A1, ...). In this window you can modify, then never again. You set it to two blanks.

    This is the Activity Id Code "SUBP". If you’ll delete this code, you’ll delete all subprojects as well.

    thanks for the quick answer. Since we don’t use the subprojects they can be deleted.

    I only want to get rid of those two blanks.
