Has anybody experienced any significant improvements in their project planning execution through the use of the NEC Contract, when compared to other forms such as JCT/ICE ?

The conditions of contract doesn’t make better planning happen, although the NEC tries - it’s the people managing the project on all sides having the right attitude, resources and skills that improve project planning.

Yes, Conditions of Contract never support planning and execution. These are planners who by utilizing their experience and planning skills, can run the project smoothly for its completion in timely manner.
