Hello, I would like to know what’s the difference between a SCR (Sub-contract Change Request) and a FCR (Field Change Request).

I also would like to know what’s a RFP (Request for Payment).

    A SCR is – in effect – a RFCO generated by a Subcontractor to the MC, whereas a FCR is a RFCO generated by the MC to the Owner.
