    Yes, you can...but it may confused U, when the bar is overlap on each other.

    Use different colours when make it appear on same row.
    Anyway what is the reason you need the bars appear at same level.

    Why such question is arisen in Contracts, Claim section?

    It should be asked/inquired in PLanning, Scheduling and Programming Section.

    Maybe its because many Claims and Contracts people spend so much time in bars!
