Hello -
We are attempting to work out a process for use of EVM within our organization. However, we have run into a small snag. Does anyone have any experience / suggestions / ideas regarding the use of EVM for T&M contracts?
If I understand correctly, most T&M contracts do not specify $ figures, which makes it difficult to pin down a budgetary number to work from. Am I correct?
