Hi,
I wsa reading on EOT and hope someone can clarify/enlighten me.
In a contract situation, a contractor is required to give notice of potential EOT claim.
(1) What can be constituted as a notice?
(2) What are required to be in a notice?
(3) If a letter stating acknowlement of an instruction, no specific statement of reasons, how much EOT is required, is this a notice?
(4) If a contractor only claim EOT towards the end of the contract period, can this be accepted?
(5) Does what contract matter too?
Thanks
