Cost Plus Contract

Hi all,
I want to know about cost plus contract, how it has to be defined well when going in for Agreement making clear all the aspects where we might expect some unforeseen problems as a main contractor with the client, since iam new to this terminology i expect all of your help to draft the agreement.

    There are standard documents for different type of contracts. These are availble from the sites of FIDIC, AIA, CCDC.

    Mr. Rashid,
    thank for your reply, can u give in which edition and in which Fidic book (red, orange books are there) i could refer. I referred Conditions of Contract for Construction, for building and Engineering designed by the Employer, HDBH Edition, March 2006, where the cost plus is highlighted in the general conditions, apart from this i dont get the idea which iam looking for, will you be able to give me the Fidic Book i could refer.
