Hi all,
I had been through a interview with one of the international consultants in India the topic of discussion came towards the conditions of contract ,firstly Im presently working with client. then the interviewer asked me what is the condition of contract ?
my answer was the conditions of contract is the time period to complete the project and adhering to the specifications provided by the consultants etc but he was rather not convinced. Can my fellow engineers please elaborate on the above subject

    try to understand , the main question is condition of any project contract not that condition of employment feel the difference
