Hi does any one working in Qatar have got this document. If so can you e-mail me.

Document Title: Standard method of measurement of Building works dated 28 february 1973, issued by Ministry of Public works , State of Qatar

I am looking for definition of Built up area...

Does it include external walls or not, staircase which is not enclosed by external wall....
