Hi
While preparing EOT ,the cost claim is prepared based on the Time of Delay(When actually the delay has started happening) and not on the extended time(slippage in project completion date),as I understand.
What I need to know is, the paramete to decide the Time of Delay ....shall i need to work across the critical path and select the approprite time as Time of delay .
Will that time of delay will be applicable ,related to only those activities falling on that critical path or all the activities happening , during that particulat time period.
I hope i could have explain my view point.
Thanks n Regards
