Hello Delay Analyst Masters,
I have an approved schedule before I came and we continue updating this on a weekly basis attached to the weekly report. The project is almost 98% complete but some of the planned activities were actually not in the scope of works and some scope of works were not in the planned because of the lack of complete drawings during schedule development and they just follow some equipment foundation tag names maybe from their old projects. Thus this activities i cannot closed and these are affecting the total float calculation. The Project Director is asking me to make a delay analysis out of this updated schedule for our claims due to the delay of designers IFC drawings issuance.
So what are the professional ways to show the delay analysis using this updated schedule.
Thanks.......
