I have few questions would like to share with you,
1. You have completed the project and a final completion certificate has been issued. The Engineernow issue a variation to contract using the same rates as the original bills of quantities. What would you do?
2. During excavation on the site you encounter a large concrete footing, not previously known to you. what should be done?
3. The Engineer has asked you for your proposal for the relocation of some services and asked you for shop drawings. What would you do?
4. The Engineer has told you all items on the drawing are in your scope of works even if they aren’t measures and you should allowed for them. What would you argue?
5. The Engineer has told you that although you have achived the specification, he is not happy with the way you are working and instructs you to change the method. what would you do?
