Hello Guys,
I hope everybody is doing well specially in this global recession time.
Well i would like to post the following query and any sugessions in this regard is highly appreciable.
My query what if the contractor has bad relations in his clause 14 or baseline programme; and the same has been approved by the Engineer/Employer.
If we do need to keep the same relationships while evaluating the entitlement programme; or do we need to correct these relationships, to reflect the actual situation.
For example if the contractor has assumed delivery period of certain material only 2 weeks and it is taking 6 weeks. in particular if its the nominated item by the employer.
What if the correction of such bad relationships are not in the interest of the employer; shall the contractor should insist on correcting these bad relationships.
Please advice.
