    Dear Hemant,

    You can visit the FIDIC website to learn more.

    www.fidic.org

    If your main Business is Desing Build, you might need to learn more about the following;
    FIDIC® Design-Build-Operate Contract

    On the other hand, if you are doing the Construction only, and the client is providing the design, then you will need to learn about;
    Conditions of Contract for Construction, or RED BOOK, FIDIC 1999.

    What you need to do is adopt all the General Clauses. These are not to be changed. You can add your clauses in the supplimentary conditions. That is, any project specific requirements. You can be as detailed as you want.

    With kind regards,

    Samer
