    Dear Ronron,

    You need to read your Conditions of Contract (COC) and follow the procedural requirements. Otherwise you will be in violation of the COC and it will be harder to get what is entitled for you.

    In general clear and lucid presentation of Preli.EOT documents are essential for entitlement .
