work program revision in accordance with approved E.O.T

Hi Dears:

when the project owner approved extension of time and contractor instructed to revised his plan accordingly :

which one of the following path should revised?

1. The target baseline .
2. Or the updated program considering the data date is the first date of claim arising .

Please advise.

    Save the baseline in a new file - add in the delay events that caused the EoT to show the agreed likely completion date.

    Save the file as Baselie EoT 1 and use that file for future contract progress and updates.

    Mai,

    It all depends on what approach youve used to claim EoT. If it is indeed Impacted as planned then Mike’s reccommendation will hold true. If another type of approach has been used to claim extension,then ur baseline will be in accordance to that EoT.

    Welcome to PP

    Since the EoT was awarded while work is in progress the Impacted As Planned is the most likely method to have been used.

    The other 3 are applicable to Forensic Analysis.
