Hi to all

In back to back contract,Specification related Delays the method stated for analysis eg.Time impact analysis applies to main contractor alone or even sub contractor should follow the same procedure for doing delay analysis

    Dear Shahul,

    It depends on the Conditions of the Subcontract agreement. You will need to follow the agreement between the Contractor and the Subcontractor.

    Dear Shahul,

    There is a clause in FIDIC that calls for the financial records of payment made to subcontractor to works that were paid for by the client to be submitted upon asking for it.
