due to finanncial crises many projects were adversaly affected due to shortage of payments and may clients had delayed the payments for the over due payments.
we used to go through the disputs resolutio , amicable settlment ad arribtration process.

many cotractors have suspende and slow doun the progress of works due to delay from the client to pay the over due payments.
