Dear all

 

I have some problem to solve and closing the contract of my project, my project already COD long time, and the project delay maybe 394 days from the amandment contract. can i propose EOT if the contract already have certificate for COD and TOC? thanks

    Provide your claim is not time barred by the contract or local jurisdiction you can present an EoT claim at any time.
