I am working on a major new programme of works in the UK. The client is specifying Crystal Report Writer for graphical reporting of resource loadings in Histogram format interfacing with P5.
Is any body out there doing this already?
I shall be determining the resources by discipline across fifty projects, all integrated, therefore I need to report from the bottom up to Level 1 or 2.

Crystal Reports Writer is a very old name for Crystal Reports’s report deign module.
I do use Crystal Reports to generate efficient and good looking reports and charts from MS Project schedules (reports are so ugly in MS Project!).
You must have good knowledge of the database behind P5, as you will create reports in CR after the connection to the database is established, the appropriate tables and fields selected.
The result is worth the pain
