Labor Units - Budgeted Vs Planned

Hi Gurus,

What is the difference between Budgeted labor unit and Planned labor units in Primavera Project Management 6.0? Why both are different? Which one of these represents BCWS? Can anyone respond in detail, please?

    first of all i’m not a guru, it is supposed to be the same, however, Budget represents some kind of reality while Planned units could be anything, so I guess it is Budgeted Labor Units that relates to BCWS (but i could be wrong)
