subtotal bands in P5

Hi -All

Could anyone advise me how to show a subtotal for each bands.

P3 shows it. but i am not sure P5 Or P6 having the same option.

Expample
Engineering
subtotal 95 days
Procurements
sub total 140 days
Construction
subtotal 100 dyas

pre-Com
subt.30 days
Com.
subt.10 days
i am not able to shows this subtotal in P5

Please advise how it will be fix.

    Go to View --> group and sort

    Check the first tick box - Show group totals.

    Hi Ravi

    This is option shows only overall subtotal of project.

    i want to highlited sub total for different bands like Engg.Proc.Const.etc.

    if there any option in P5

    Hi Shahzad,

    In P5 & P6, it only shows the Group Total and not by band. Unlike in P3 you can show the total by group at the bottom & top of each band.
