In P3, there is an easy step under tool (report tool) to display both of them, but in P6 where???
Or could you teach me how I can extract cost loading data based on late start date into excel? Then I can generate a cumulative late curve.
Thanks in advance.

Just remember you will need
Just remember you will need two sets of early and late S curves (two banana curves). One for the baseline schedule and another for the current schedule that shall not only display actual performance up to data date but also shall display projected early and late S curves after data date.
Also remember to apply postings to financial periods if your software is not capable of display correct values without using periods, an unneeded patch in more capable software. At least P6 is better than SureTrak that was not able to display correct values and did not provided such patch. P6 requires such patch same as P3 but at least P6 allows you to edit closed periods while P3 does not. The BUG has to do with the design of the mathematical distribution of activities that span performance over two updating periods, for most people the way around using financial periods is ok.

I do not use P6 but using
I do not use P6 but using Google found the following link that shows a way to generate the data for Excel, then with a knowledge of Excel or using an Excel template you can generate the combined curves.
http://primaverarena.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/S-curve-creation-for-P6.pdf
The following links provides some tutorials that might be of interest and perhaps showing a different approach.
http://www.toolboxforplanning.com/p/tutorials.html
http://www.toolboxforplanning.com/2010/10/excel-2003-tutorial-creating-progress-s_16.html
You can download their template or a modified version I just created to include early and late banana curves from the following link.
http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?ekc33bya2nd44e4
I prefer to display on the vertical axis the absolute values instead of percentages as it can create confusion when contract value changes.
Because of the way P6 stores period performance on uncompleted activities there can be discrepancies on displayed period performance if you do not make use of financial periods. The following link can provide you with an introduction on this issue.

Hope this help.

Early & late curves can be
Early & late curves can be generated straight away once you have resources loaded schedule in P6.
You can find these curves ready made for you in activity usage profile window. Right click on the graph and select At activity usage profile options. Under Bar/curves, select Remaining Early or Remaining late curve.
Cheers...
