Dear All,


Previously I have asked about spending plan and spending tally and it was told that spending plan is plan cost of parent WBS while spending plan tally is plan cost of child WBS under main WBS.

Now I have parent WBS whose plan cost is 100 which has come from child WBS as 80+20.Where/how I can mention these 80+20 in spending plan tally?

    ı also the same problem for P6 to determine spending plan tally. I mean, I do not know how ı will display spending plan tally. 

    For answers, ı will be grateful.

    Hi,Lets assume you have

    Hi,

    Lets assume you have parent WBS A and B,C as child WBS.

    When you enter Spending Plan for B-80 and C-20, the values automatically get rolled upto Spending tally column in the parent WBS A.
