Greetings! I was curious if any planners out there would perhaps had a Template (specifically a WBS) for a small capital / refinery project (could be a larger project). Perferablly it would cover all disciplines, but anything would be helpful.

I’ve had several in the past, but need one fairly quickly and I am currently covered up in other paper work, etc....

It would GREATLY be appreciated!

    SCH,

    From the following reference you can get sample WBS;
    Practice Standard for Work Breakdown Structures – Paperback

    http://www.amazon.com/Practice-Standard-Work-Breakdown-Structures/dp/1933890134

    http://www.keenzo.com/showproduct.asp?ID=2019694

    Look for: Appendix E---Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical (OGP) Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

    If you do a Google search for the keywords "Practice Standard for Work Breakdown Structures .rar" you will get links to download the e-book. Remember a key to your search is to add .rar at the end of your keywords.

    If you like the book, buy it.

    Best regards,
    Rafael

    As my personal understanding, the best way is develop the WBS according to your project. using P6 is very easy to build up the WBS.
